11:30 — Lunch at Kasaan Sanpi Ryoron — reservation recommended. Or casual Texas BBQ at Smokemanship.

13:00 — Custom dashi blend experience at Dashi Okume. Makes a great souvenir.

13:30 — Wine tasting at Château Mercian and aVin stand. Pick up bottles for the villa.

14:30 — Depart T-SITE via Route 146 to Onioshi Highway.

15:00 — Photo stop at Asama Rokkuri-ga-hara Rest Area. Optional 30-min visit to Onioshidashi Park.

15:30-16:00 — Check in at THE FOREST SAUNA. Fire up the sauna heater.

16:30 — Sauna time. Barrel sauna → natural water bath → forest air bathing.

18:00 — BBQ dinner with Shinshu ingredients from Waza Mart and Nagano wine from aVin stand.

20:00 — Movie on the 80-inch projector, or stargazing with a second sauna session.

7:00 — Morning sauna in the quiet forest. The freshest air of the day.

9:00 — Breakfast at the villa kitchen.

10:00 — Check out. Drive toward Karuizawa.

10:30 — Stop at Asama Falls or Asama Ranch (15-30 min each).

11:30 — Explore Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza for street food and souvenirs, or shop at Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza (outlet).

13:00 — Lunch in Karuizawa.

14:00 — Return to T-SITE for AQUAIGNIS GARDEN SPA. Relax at SHARE LOUNGE with coffee and books (open until 10 PM).

16:00 — Shinkansen home from Karuizawa Station. Last-minute gifts at Waza Mart or LE CHOCOLAT DE H.

[Couples] For Day 1 lunch, book the counter seats at Kasaan Sanpi Ryoron for an intimate experience. The dashi blending at Dashi Okume makes a memorable shared activity. At the villa, enjoy wine from aVin stand while watching a movie on the projector.
